that there sha1l~ be transferred an adc~. tional sum of ~3~000 from the
Liquor Fund to the General Fund for 1954 operation;; that it is determined
that .such money is not needed for operation of the Liquor Store utilities;
and may be deferred to general government purposesd
It is further determined that in the opinion of the Council,
the actuak receipts during 1954. x.11 exceed the original estimated re-
ceipts by the sum. of at least ~3~000 by such transfex.
Be it fu~cther resolved that there sha].]. be allocated to the
~-ssessor~s Appropriation said sum. of X3,000 to off-set expenses pro-
viously authorized by Resolution No, 325 p~-ssed on April 12, 1954.
