BE ~ RES OLVED,
1. That there is hereby created the Improvement Bonds of ~~4 Debt Rem
demption Fund.
2, That 751 apecial assessments. for Village project No. 224 ~Sanitarg
Sewer Laterals) shalli,be paid into this funds and that the remain-
ing 251 of such special assessments shall~be paid into the Smprove..
ment Bonds of 1954, Series B, Debt Redemption Fund.
3., That all. payments of principal and interest on Improvement Bonds of
1954 sha11,. be made from this Improvement Bonds of 1954 Debt Redemp-
tion Fund.
}.~., That, ixi the event payments.of principal and interest becoms due and
there is not sufficient money in the Improvement Bands. of 1954 Redemp-
Lion Fund to make such payments, such amount sha7.l be transferred
temporarily thereto from the Village Project No. 224 Fund,.
5e That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized, to take any and
all steps nedessary to effect the provisions of this resolutiox~t
