BE a RFdS OLVED By the Village Council of the Vi11a. ge of Richfield as
follows:
1. That it is hereby determined to be necessaxy and ex~disnt to the
public health, safetyy convenience and general welfare to acquire the ],ands here-
inafter described for street purposes as a portion of Morgan Avenue between 75th
Street and 7bth .Street.
2f That the lands to be acquired are legally described as follows:
The West 16 feet of th® East 327 feet of the South one-half of
the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter and the West l!t
feet of the t~3est one-half of the South 100 feet of the East 311
feet of the North one-half of the South one-half of the Northwest
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 28, Range
24.
The West 14 feet of the East a00 feet of the West 1099.1 feet of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 33, Township 28~ Range 24.
The East 30 feet of the East 131 feat of the West 983.1 feet of the
South one-quasfier of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 33, Township 28~ Range 24:
3a That the Village Manager, Mayors. Attorney and Finance Officer ara
hereby authorized and directed ~ acquire said lands by eminent domain proceed-
ings unless othexw:i.se acquired by gift or purchase before such proceedings have
been consummated.
