WHEREAS, The Council of the Village of Richfield by resolutions dated
February ~4~ 1.94 and July 12, 1954, approved the plans and specifications pre-
pared by the Commissioner of Highways of the State of Minnesota for the cone
s~ructions reconstruction and improvement of Trunk Highway No. 50, renumbered
65, and consenti~t~ to the change in grade of the streets along which said trunk
highway passes. through said Village of Richfield, ai~l
WHE~EaS, said Commissioner of Highways is desirous of revising such plans
and specifications as shown. on Sheets 3R; 2R; 3R; l.tR; 5R; bR; 7R; 9R; 11R; 12R;
13R ].l~R; 16R; 17R; 18R; 19R; 20R; 21R; 22R; 21~R9 25R; 27R; 29R; 30R; 3]R; 32R;
33R; 31tR; 37R; 38R; and 39R, reva.sed august 183 1954, a copy of each of said
revised sheets. is presented herew3.th and made a part of this resolution; and
Wes, it is to the best interests of said Village of Richfield that
said plans and spec~.fications be revised as shown on Sheets 1R; 2R; 3R; lrRs
