RESOLUTION AI3THCRIZING PURCHASE OF CEA'TAIN
.LANDS FOR STREET RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, one A. B. Patenaude is the owner of certain lots in
the Village of Richfield, which lots are legally described as
Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block 1~ Rich Acres, and has offered to
se17. the same to the Village of Richfield for yp300 each and

for a proposed extension of Diagonal Boulevard,
NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Counc~.l of the
Village of Richfield as follows:
1. That it is hereby determined that it ~ necessary and
expedient to the general welfare to acquire said lots for a public
purpose, i.e. as street right of way.
2. That it is hereby determined that the offer of the owner
of said lots to sell the same for the sum of X300 each is a fair
and reasonable one and the same is hereby accepted..
3. That the mayor, manager, finance officer and attorney,
axe herby authorized and directed to take such s tens as may be
necessary to effect such purchase in accordance with the terms
of said offer.
Fund.
!~. That. funds for the purchase be taken from the Liquor
Passed by the Vi1la.ge Council this 27th day of September,
1954.
