THAT THE VILLAGE CLERKS HAS WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF Tti£ VILLAGE ENGINEER CALCULATED THE~PROPER AMOUNTS TO DE ASSESSED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 228 CONSISTING OF STREET GRAOIi~tG AND APPURTENANCES THERETO AGAINST EVERY ASSE5SADLE LOTS PIECES AND PARCEL OF LAND SPECIALLY DENEFITED THEREDY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF LAWS AND THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT SO MADE UP WAS FILED WITH THE VILLAGE CLERK F~2 MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ASSESSMENT HEARING AND WAS OPEN TO PUDLIC iNSPEC710N AT ALL TIMES DURING SA{D PERIOD. 2. THAT NOTICE HAS DEEM DULY PUDLISHED AND A HEARING HERETOFORE DULY HELD AS REQUIRED DY LAW SO THAT THIS COUNCIL COULD P9EET AND PASS UPON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT. 3• THAT AN OPPORTUNITY HAS DEEM GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS 70 PRESENT THEIR OD- JECTIONS~ IF ANY TO SUCH PROPOSED ASSESSMENT OR TO ANY ITEM THEREOF AT SAID PUDLlC HEARING. 4. THAT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL HAS HERETOFORE DULY ESTADLISHED VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 228 AND AFTER CAREFULLY CONSIDERING ALL THE FACTS THE aENEFITS TO EACH LOT, PIECES OR PARCEL OF LANDS AND FULLV ADIVISING ITSELF IN THE PREMISES HAS FOUND AND DETERMINED AND HEREDY DECLARES THAT.EACH AND EVERY LOTS PIECES OR PARCEL OF LAND INCLUDED IN SAID PROPOSED ASSESS- MENT ROLL WAS IMPROVED DY REASON OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 222 AND HAS DEEM AND IS SPECIALLY DENEFITED IN THE AIAOUNT SET OUT IN SAID PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL OPPOSITE EACH LOTS PIECES OR PARCEL OF LAND. 5. THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT IS HEREDY AFFIRMED ADOPTED AND CONFIRMED AND THE SUMS FIXED AND NAMED IN SAID PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ARE AFFIRMED ADOPTED AND CONFIRMED AS THE PROPER SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR EACH OF SAID LOTS PIECES OR PARCELS OF LAND RESPECTIVELY AND SAID AMOUNT SO SET OUT IS HEREDY LEVIED AGAINST EACH OF THE RESPECTIVE LOTS PIECES OR PARCELS OF LAND THEREIN DESCRIDED. 6. SAID ASSESSMENT 50 AFFIRNIED~ ADOPTED AND CONFIRMED SIiALL DE CERTIFIED DY THE VILLAGE CLERK AND FILED IN HIS OFFICE AND SHALL THEREUPON DE AND CONSTITUTE THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR SAID VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 2280 7. THE AMOUNT ASSESSED AGAINST EACH LOTS PIECES OR PARCEL OF LANG SHALL DEAR INTEREST FROM THE DATE HEREOF UNTIL THE. SAME HAS DEEM PAID AT THE RATE OF 6°,o PER ANNUPA• 8: THAT SUCH ASSESSMENTS SHALL DE PAYA3LE IN THREE ANNUAL INSTALLMENTS PAYADLE ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY IN EACH YEAR DEGINNING IN THE YEAR 1955 AND CONTINUING UPITIL ALL SAID INSTALLMENTS SHALL HAVE DEEN PAID EAC1i INSTALLMENT TO DE COLLECTED IdITH TAXES COLLECTADLE DURING SAID YEAR DY THE COUNTY AUDITOR.
