1954-508r~~ f RES~UT ION N0. 508 RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 230 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COU;~~CIL GF THE VILLAGE OF RICWFIELD~ HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1• THAT THE VILLAGE CLERK HASH WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE VILLAGE ENGINEER AND THE G. ~• ORR ENGINEERING COMPANY {CONSULTING ENGINEERS CALCULATED THE PROPER AMOUNTS TO DE ASSESSED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 230 CONSISTING OF SANITARY SEWER LATERALS, AGAINST EVERY ASSESSADLE LOTS PIECES AND PARCEL OF LAND SPECIALLY DENEFITED THEREDY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF LAWS AND THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT SO MADE UP WAS FILED WITH THE VILLAGE CLERK FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE ASSESSMENT HEARING AND WAS OPEN TO PUDLIC INSPECTION AT ALL TIMES DURING SAID PERIOD. 2. THAT NOTICE HAS DEEM DULY PUDLlSHED AND A PUDLIC HEARING WERETOFORE DULY HELD AS REQUIRED DY LAW SO THAT THIS COUNCIL COULD MEET AND .PASS UPON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT. 3. THAT AN OPPORTUNITY HAS DEEM GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS TO PRESENT THEIR ODJECTlONS~ IF ANY TO SUCH PROPOSED ASSESSMENT OR TO ANY ITEM THEREOF AT SAID PUDLIC HEARING. 4. THAT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL HAS HERETOFORE DULY ESTADLISHED VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 230 AND AFTER CAREFULLY CONSIDERING ALL THE FACTS, THE DENEFITS TO EACH LOTS PIECES OR PARCEL OF LANDS AND FULLY ADVISIING ITSELF IN THE PREMISES HAS FOUND AND DETERMINED AND HEREDY DECLARES THAT EACH AND EVERY LOTS PIECES OR PARCEL OF LANO INCLUDED IN SAID PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL WAS IMPROVED DY REASON OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 230 AND HAS DEEN AND IS SPECIALLY DENEFiTED IN THE AMOUNT SET OUT IN SAID PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL OPPOSITE EACH SUCH LOTS PIECES OR PARCEL OF LAND. 5, THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT I S HEREDY AFF 1 RMED ~ ADOPTED AND CONF I (~JIED ~ AlS1D THE, SUMS ~•• FIXED AND NAMED IN SAID PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ARE AFFIRMED, ADOPTED AND CONFIRMED AS THE PROPER SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR EACH OF SAID LOTS PIECES OR PARCELS OF LAND RESPECTIVELY AND SAID AMOUNT SO SET OUT IS HEREDY LEVIED AGAINST EACH OF THE RESPECT14iE LOTS PIECES OR PARCELS OF LAND THEREIN DESCRIDED• 6• SAID ASSESSMENT SO AFFIRMED ADOPTED' AND CONFIRMED SHALL DE CERTIFIED DY THE VILLAGE CLERK AND FILED IN HIS CFFICE~ AND SHALL THEREUPON DE AND CONSTITUTE THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR SAID SANITARY SEWER LATERAL IMPROVEMENTS VILLAGE PROJECT NO. 230• 7• THE AMOUNT ASSESSED AGAINST EACH LOTS PIECE' OR PARCEL OF LAND SHALL DEAR INTEREST FROM THE DATE HEREOF UNTIL THE SAME HAS DEEIJ PAID AT THE RATE OF 6~ PER ANNUM. 8• THAT SUCH ASSESSMENTS SHALL DE PAYADLE IN TWENTY EQUAL ANNUAL INSTALLMENTS PAYADLE ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY IN EACH YEAR DEG INNING IN THE VEAR 1955 AND CON- TINUING UNTIL ALL SAID INSTALLMENTS SMALL HAVE DEEM PAID EACH INSTALLMENT TO DE COLLECTED WITH TAXES COLLECTIDLE DURING SAID YEAR DY THE COUNTY AUDITOR.
