~R;REAS, the Axel Nielsen property at the intersection of
Humboldt and 76th Street knovm as Farce 1 1~, Plat l~.833, was as-
sassed X975.00 for the trunk line sewer and
WHEREAS, al]. but 1.15 acres of said tract of land is under
water
NOW THEREFORE, BE FT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield that said assessment be reduced to the rate of
$g~...00 per acres for said 1115 acres or ~345.~0.
