M. Orr Engin©cring Company (consulting Engineer) was so ordered, and V~RE1~S, Pursuant to Resolution No. 487 passed by the Village Counoil on the 13th Day of Soptembor, 1954; the preliminary report so ordered was received, and a publie~hoaring on said improvement is ordered to be hold on the 4th Day of October 1954, and 1~IiERE~'iS, by Resolution No. 488 passed by th© Village Council on the 13th Day of September 1954, the G. A~. Engineering Company (consulting Engineers) was ordered to prepare plans and spocif ieations for storm sewers for Village Proj©ct No. 304 as outlined in said Resolution No. 486, and has presented such-plans and specif ications to the Counoil for approval. Ned THEREFORE, $o it Resolved by the-~i-page---Counc-it--of --tie--V-i-ll.age- --of --- Richfield, Minnesota. 1. That such plans and specif ications ar© hereby approved. 2. That this Counoil wi11 meet on the 4th Day of October 1954, at 7:00 otclock P. M.. at the Village Hall for the purpose of receiving and considering bids for the construction of said improvement in accordance with plans aid speci- fications. 3. That all bids sha11 be filed with the Village Council not later than 8:00 o~alock P. M. on said date and that said bids will be opened and considered at 8:15 o~clock P. M. on said date. 4. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to adv©rtaso for bids on said improvement in the off ici.al newspaper as required by law.
