RESOLaTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON STORP~ SEViIiIER COATSTRIICTION KNOVdN AS VILLAGE PROJECT NtIP~BER 304 C-1691 V~HEREAS, Pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted on the 13th ]Jay of August, 1954, a report has been prepared by the G. 114. Orr Engineering Company (consulting engineers) with reference to the Storm Sower Improvement as designated in Resolution No. 486 and this report was reoeived by the Counoil on September 13, 1954. . NOVm T$EREFORE, Bo it Resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, PHinnosota; 1. That the Council consider the improvement of tha District heroin-. after described in aeoordance with. the report and the assessment of the property within the district included within the following desoribod boundary line to wit. Beginning at a point 68 feet Narth of the North property line of 70th Street extended on the oenterline of the rdinneapolis, Northi'iold and Southern Railway right-of way; thence due South along the center line of the Railroad right- of way to a point 293.93 feet south of the south line of 70th Street; thence due west to the oonter line of the alloy between Harriet Avenue and Garf fold Avenue; thence due north to the center lino of the East Widest alloy in said Blook No. four; thence due East along the aenter lino of said alloy to a point 113.2 feet Vilest of the Vilest line of Harriet Avorxuo; thence duo north to the center line of 70th. Street; thence due west along the center line of 70th Street to a point 134.8 feet west of the west line of Harriet Avenue; thence due North to a point 68 feet north of the North lino of 70th Street; thonoe due oast to point of beginning. For all or a portion of the"cost of the improvement pursuant to Q.S.A. Seotion 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Ch.398) at an estimated total oost of the improvement of X7,170.00. 2. A public hearing shall be hold on such proposed improvement on the 4th Day of October 1954, in the Council Chambers of the Village Ha11 at 8:00 0' olock P. 1~. and the Clerk shall give published notice of such hearing and im- prow©ment as required by law..
