1954-474r~ 4 s M 1 .... ~® RESOLTJTION N0. 474 RESOLIITION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ON VILLAGE PROJECT N0. 172 BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Riohf field, Hennepin County, P~innesota, as followss 1. That the Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the Village Engineer, calculated the proper amounts to be assessed for the construction of Village Project No. 172, consisting of the Village wide street oiling program for the yofar 1953, against every assessable lot, piece, and parcel of land specially benefited thereby in aecordanco with the provisions of law, and the proposod as~sossm©nt so made. up was filed with the Village Clerk for more than 30 days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to public inspection at all-times during said period. 2. That notice has bocn duly published anc~ a public hosting hereto- fore duly held as required by law so that this Council could moot and pass upon the proposod assessmont. 3. That an opportunity has bocn given to all interested persons to present their objections, if any, to such proposod assessmont or to any item thereof at said public hearing. • 4. That the Village Council has heretofore duly established Village Ptojoct No. 172 and after carefully considering all of the facts, the benefits to each lot, piece, or parcel of land, and fully advising itself in the promises, has found and determined and horoby doolaros that ' oath and every lot, pieoo, or parcel of land included in said proposod assessmont roll was improved by reason of the construction of said Village Project No. 172 and has boon and is specially bonof itod in the amount sot out in said proposed assessment roll opposite oath such lot, piece, or parcel of land. 5: Tho proposed assessmont is horoby af'f firmed, adopted and eonfirmod~ and the sums f fixed and named in said proposod assessment are affirmed, adopted and conf firmed as the proper special assessment for oath of said lots, pieces, or parcels of land respectively, and said amount so sot out is horoby lovi.od against oath of the respective lots, pieces, or parcels of land therein dos- cribod. 6. Said assessmont so aff firmed, adopted, and eonf firmed shall bo certified by the Village Clerk and filed in his off loo, and shall thereupon bo and constitute the special assessmont for said Village Project No. 5.72. 7.
