BE IT RFaS OLVED that the Village of Richfield enter into an
agreement ~+n. th the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways
for the following purposes, to--wit;
To provide for payment by the Village to the State of
Minnesota of art of storm sewer construction costs that
will be incurred by the State in connection with its con-
~truction operations on Trunk Highway No. 65 in Richfield,
and for the maintenance of said storm sewer systems and
service roads constructed by the State on said trunk higJnway
within the Villa. ge l~i~.ts ,
Be IT FURTHII~ RF.~OLVED that the Mayor, Manager and C~ rk
be and they hereby are authorized to executes such agreement.
