1. That such plans-and specifications, a,copy of which-are attached
hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. ~ . ~~
- - 2. That this .Council will meet on the 23rd day of August, 1954 at
7:00 O'clock P, M, :at the Village Hall for. the purpose of receiving and considering
• bids for the construction of said improvement in accordance with plans and specifi-

cations,
• 3M That all bids shall be filed with the Village Council not later than ~'~
