BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council. of the Village of Rich-
field, Hennepin Count, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the bid of A. C. Allyn and Co., 3nc~; Barcus, Kindred
and Co.; B. J. Van Ingen & Co. Inc.; Central Republic Co.; and M. B.
Vick & Co. to purchase ~1~,000,000 Improvement Bonds of 1954, Series B,
bearing interest at 3~ on bonds maturing August l~ ].956 to 1966
inclusive, and 3 on bonds maturing August 1, 1.967, to 1975 inclusive,
and to pay therefor the sum of X1,000,055 found, determined and declared
to be the most favorable bid and the same is hereby accepted.
2. That the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
the good faith bidder's checks to the unsuccessful bidders forthwith.
