1• THE COST OF SUCH IMPROVEMENT TO DE SPECIALLY ASSESSED IS HEREOY DECLARED

2. THE VILLAGE CLERK WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF THE 'VILLAGE ENGINEER SHALL
FORTHWITH CALCULATE THE PROPER AMOUNT TO OE SPECIALLY ASSESSED FOR SUCH IMPROVEMENT
AGAINST EVERY ASSESSAOLE LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN THE DISTRICT AFFECTED
WITHOUT REGARD TO CASH VALUATION, AS PROVIDED OY LAW, AND HE SWALL FILE A COPY OF
SUCW PROPOSED ASSESSMENT IN HIS OFFICE FOR PUDLIC INSPECTION.
3. THE CLERK SHALL, UPON COMPLETION OF SUCH PROP05ED ASSESSMENT NOTI~
