RICHFIELD that it is deemed necessary and expedient to the public
health, convenience and general welfare of the Village of Richfield
that a representative of the Council go to Chicago to promote in-
terest in the forthcoming bor~l sale, and that the necessary expenses
be paid by the Village of Richfield when itemized on a verified ao=~
count and subYtri.tted to the Council for its audit,
BE IT FU18'HER RF.S OLVED That Councilman John D. Shields is
delegated to make such a trip.
