RESOLUTION ESTABT,TSHING THE 1954 SA11~iTARY SEWER
CONSTRUCTION FUND AND AUTHORI~3NG A~ TEiiPORARY
TRA~tS.FER C~' MONIES
1~fHEREAS, The Village Council of the Village of Richfield, N~.innesota,
has heretofore determined that certain sanitary sewer laterals shall. be con•
structed separately from the village wide sanitary sewer lateral program, and
WHEREAS, It is deemed necessary and in the best interest that monies
be made available for payments to be made in connection with these certain
sanitary sewer laterals ~
NCrd THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Hennepin County, vii.nnesota, as follows:
1, That the ~t1954 Sanitary Set~aer Construction Fundi~ be, and it
hereby is, established,
2. That the sum of ~~500.00 be, and it hereby is, temporarily trans-
_ (erred from the Liquor Stora Fund to the 1954 Sanitary Sewer
Construction Fund,.
3. That subseca.ent sanitary sewer lateral projects shall be financed
from the 1954 Sanitary Sewer Construction Fund.
4. That repayment shall be made to the Liquor Store Fund, when and
as monies are available, without further action by the Village
Council,
