WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Richfield has. hereto-
fore initiated improvement projects pursuant to ~i.nnesota Statutes, Sections
?29.011 to I~29.7.1].,; which projects will have a construction cost of at least
$~1,~0,~0 in excess of financing heretofore provided or now available, ar~d
TEAS, this Council has determined that it is necessary to sell. imp
provement bonds in order to provide financing for such projects,
NOW TIiEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfiela, Hennepin County, Minnesota, as fo].lowss
1. That this Village sell i~1,0~,~0 Improvement Bonds of 1954,
Series B, and receive bids on the same on Wednesday, the 28 th day of July
1~4.
2. That the Village Mayor, Manager, Clerk, Attorney and Fiscal Agent
be hereby authorized and directed to present to this Council at its next
regular council meeting a detailed resolution fixing the terms an,d conditions
of such salsa
