ASSESSMENPS AND SUBST7fiUPING THER+' OR A SEWER

WHEREAS, the Village of Richfield has; heretofore. acquired aanitazy sewer
right-of-way over:
The West one-half of the southwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of Seci~.on 33, Township 2~~
Range 2t~, except that part thereof heretofore taken for road
or highway purposes. Plat Noe i-1~B33, Parcel No. 2500
for sanitary sewer right-of -way, and
WHEREAS, assessments for both sanitary surer trunk and ]ateral were levied
against this property by Resolution No. 218, adopted by the Village Counc3.1
of the Village of Richfield on October 1lE, 1953, and
WHEREAS ~ it is the intent9.on of this Council to cancel all sanitaxy sewer
special assessments on td~.isproperty which are collectable in 1955 and sub-
sequent years; and substitute therefor, ahook-up charg®,
NC~i THEftF~"ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, as follows
1. That special assessments for trunk and lateral sanitary sewers
gayable 5n 1955 and all subsec~.ent years an:

Range 2l~, excepb that part thereof heretofore taken for road

2. That a sewer hook-up charge of ~4.74.per front ft, as provided
by Ordinance No. 10.09 be substituted for said special assessments,
3. That a certified copy of -this resolu~t~i.on be furnish3d the
Hennepin Count Auditor.
