RESOLT~TION DLi'SIQNATINt~ SALARIC CLASSIFICATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Vil]age of Richfield
that the following employees rtn the Street De~tment be classified as
maintenance equipment o~ratars instead of public works ma3.ntenance men,
in view of the feat that they v~3.11 be operating heagr equipment, rich
has been purchased by the Village placing them in Range 29 at the same
step as at pzeaent until November lst, at wh3oh time. their position
classification shall revert to the present classification.

The additional expense as a result of tie above alass.ification
shall ~ charged to the Village Wide Oiling Program, it being deter-
mined that such expenditure is necessary to such pro3ect.
