RESOLUTION RETATING TO USE (}F' SANITARY SEWER
SYSTEPT BY VILLAGES OF BLOOI~IINGT ON AND GOLDEN
VALLEY
Be it Resolvent by the Village Council4 of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 3.20, Section
1l~., the contents of cesspools from the Villages of Bloomington and Gold®n
Valley may be emptied into the sanitary sewer system of this Village, sub-
~ect to the conditions hereinafter net forthe
2. That such dumping may be done only by scavengers licensed in the
Village of Richfield, from vehicles registered with the Village of Richfield,
in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 3020 and in compliance
with the regulations of said Ordinance No. 3.20s
3. That such dumping shall be permitted only if a written permit has
,first been obtained from the Village from which the contents of such cess-
pool are brought, which permit shall specify the location of the premises
from which such contents are to be brought, and which permit shall be
caxried with the driver of such vehicle while in the Villa. ge of Richfield,
and shall be made available for inspection and examination, upon demand,
by officials of the Village of Richfield.
!~. That the Village from which the contents of such oesspool are
brought shall col7Eect and remit to the Village of Richfield a fee of X3.00
for each such ~rmit, together with a list of the locations for which such
permits hate been granted, such remittance and accounting to be made
monthly, and shall be creditedto the sewer operating fund.
5. That this permission shall be sub3eet to cancellation or modifi-
cation by the Village Council of Richfield at arty tip, v~en, in its sole
3udgment, the best interests of the Village of Richfield are no longer
served by permitting such dumping from either or both of said. Villages in
accordance with the farms hereof. ~~aLise-sf-any such cancellation or modi-
fication shall be given by mail to the Village Clerk of the village concerned,
upon receipt of which such notice sha11 be effective.
6. That the permission herein granted shall be effective only upon
written notification from the village concerned, certifying that the Village
Council of such village has. accepted the foregoing conditions and has agreed
to be bound by the same and to proceed in accordance with the same.
