N(JW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council. of the Village
of Richfield Minnesota ~
1, That the proposed improvement be referred to the village engineer
for study and that he be instructed to repox~ to the Council with all con.-
venient speed advising the Council in a prelimo.ne.ry way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible, and as to whether it should be best made
as proposed or in connection w3.th some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recommended
2. That street grading on streets listed in this resolution shall
thereafter be imotan as Village Project No. 291.
3. Adopted by the Council this 28th day of June, 195l~.
