RESOLt3TI0N ESST~iBLISHING THE 1954 STORM SEWER COI~TRUCTION
FUND kI`ID bi3~HORIZING A TEIKPORARY TRAII~FER ~ MONIFE
~F1ERF~'-S, the Village -Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota, has
heretofore determined to construct certain storm sewers, and
WHERE&S, the costs of said storm sewers will be paid from the proceeds
of a future bond issue. and
tniHERF~S, it is deemed necessary and. in the best public interest that
monies be matte available for payments made in connection with the construc-
tion of said storm sewers,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows;
l~ That the "1954 Storm Sewer Construction Fund~~ be, and the same

hereby is, established; and that the below enumerated amounts be, and
they hereby are, temporarily transferred from the Liquor Store Fund to
the several accounts indicated:

2. That upon receipt of the proceeds of the aforementioned bond issue,
