RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1954 S'2REET COI►fRUCTION
FUND AND AIN HORIZI NG A TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF MONIES
WtIEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Richfield. Pii.rmesots, has
heretofore determined that certain street improvement projects shall be
cons tructed, and
WHER=, the costs of these certain improvement projects will be paid
from the proceeds of a future bond issue., and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and in the best public interest that
monies be made available for payments made in connection with these certain
street improvemant projects,
N(W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
' 1. That the 111954 Street Construction Fund" be, and it hereby is
established; and that the below enumerated amounts be, and they hereby
y are temporarily transferred from the Liquor Store Fund to the several
accounts of the 1954 Street Construction Fund as indicated:
