WHEREAS the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Nlinnesotay has heretofore determined to construct certain sanitary
sewer laterals to be known as.Vo P. Nom 230, and
WHEREAS, the cost of said V. P. No, 230 will be paid from the
proceeds of a future bond iseue, and
WHEREf~~ it is deemed necessary and in the best public interest

that monies be made available for payments made in connection with said
V. P. No. 230,
N04J THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Richfield asp follows:
1. That the «V.P, No. 230 Fund~~ be, and it hereby is, estab-
fished.
2. That the amount of X10, 000.00 be, and it hereb~r is , temporari-
ly transferred from the Liquor Store Fund to the V. P. No. 230 Fund.
3~ That upon receipt of the proceeds of the aforementioned bond
issue, such monies. shall be repaid to the Liquor Store Fund without
further action by the Village Council.
