1954-381rRESOLUTION N0. 381 - ~ RESOLUTION SETTING COMPENSATION RATES FOR VILLAGE ENJPLOYEE5 UNDER TAE PERSONNEL MERIT SYSTEM ORDINANCE ~REf,5, the 1954 Budget contemplates that certain Village employees, who did not have sufficient length of time to warrant a step increase under the personnel merit system as of January 1, 1954, but do have by July 1, 1954, shall be given an opportunity for such increase..
