- ~ RESOLUTION SETTING COMPENSATION RATES FOR
VILLAGE ENJPLOYEE5 UNDER TAE PERSONNEL MERIT
SYSTEM ORDINANCE
~REf,5, the 1954 Budget contemplates that certain Village employees,
who did not have sufficient length of time to warrant a step increase
under the personnel merit system as of January 1, 1954, but do have by
July 1, 1954, shall be given an opportunity for such increase..
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council do and
hereby does establish the following pay ranges for the individual em-
ployees effective July 1, 1954, for the balance of the year.
