RESOLUTION ~ PPROVING PL4:NS .AND SPECIFICATI011iS, AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FQft BIl~ FOR VILLAGE TIKPAOVE-
MENT PROJECT NO. 162 CONSISTING OF CURB AND GUTTER
AND MISCELL~.NEOU.S CONSTRUCTION.
WHERF~S, By resolution No. 312, passed by this Council on the 22nd day
of March, 1954, a prelimi-nary report by the Village Engineer was so ordered,
and
1n1IiERE~S, Pursuant to Resolution No. 329, passed by the Village Council
on the 12th day of April 195t~; the ~eliminary report so ordered was received,
and a public hearing on said improvement was ordered to be held on May 3rd,
1951, and .
1rdHERE6~.S By Resolution No. 3l~6, passed by the Village Council on
N~.y 3rd, 1~~., the•Village Engineer was ordered to prepare plans and speci-
fica.tions for curb and gutter and miscellaneous construction for Village
Pro3ect No. 1b2 as outlined in said Resolution No. 312, and has presented
such plans and specifications to the Council for approval
NCw THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED Sy the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield Hennepin County, I~ii.nn.esota, as follows t
1. That such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached.
hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. That this council wi11 meet on the 11th day of June 1854, at 7:00
P~ M. at the Village Hall for the purpose of receiving and considering bids
for the construction of said improvement in accordance with plans and s~ci-
fica.tions.
3. That all bids sha11 bs filed with the Vi17.age Council not later
than 8:00 P. M. on said date and that said bids wi11 be opened and consi-
dered at 8:15 P, l~, on said date.
~.~ That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to adver-
tise for bids on said improvement in the official newspaper as required by law.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield the 24th day
of May, 1954.
