' RESOLUTION ORDERING FREP'TION OF REP~.T ON
STREET IMPROVEI~NTS, TO BE KNQnTN .AS VILLAGE
PRO3ECT NOS.. 25o ana 252.
WHEREAS it is proposed to improve the following streets:
V ~ P. #250 66th Street is t dive . to 310 West of Lyndale
V~ P. #252 Nicollet ~,ve. bind Street to 67'~ Street
By surfacing of streets, and curb and gutter, and to assess a].~ abutting
property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
N[.5.~., Section X29.01 to 1t29v7-~- (Laws 1953, Chap. 398).,
N~'nT THEREFORE, BE IT R~OLVED By the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield Minnesota:
1. That the proposed improvements be referred to the Hennepin County
Highway Engineer for study and that he be requested to report to the Council
with all convenient speed, advising the Counei.7. in a pre].imi.narg way, as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed, or in connection with some other improvement,
and the es tuna ted cost of the improvement as recorr~nended.
2. The street improvements on streets listed in -this resolution, shall
hereafter be known as Village Project Nos. 250 and 252.
3. ~.dopted by the Council on this 24th day of May, 1954.
