RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION C~' REPORT ON

T~IHEREAS, It is proposed to improve the following streets:

73rd Street. Fremont Avenue Dupont Avenue
By construction of sanitar3r sewer laterals and appurtenances thereto and to
assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to N.S.A. Section 429.011 (laws 193, Ch. 398)
. NQnT THEREFORE, BE IT .RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE VILLAGE ~
RICHFIELD 1~NN.~
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the G. N. Orr Engineer-
ing Company for study and that they be instructed to report to the Council
with all convenient speed advising the Council in a prelimi.naxy way as to whether
the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made
a part of V. ,P. 22It, an connection with some other improvement, and the esti-
mated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the construction of sin itary sewer ]~.terals and appurtenances
thereto on streets listed in this resolution, shall hereafter be made part
of Village Project No. 22~.-2.
3. Adopted by the Council this 24th day of Nby, 194.
