RESOLUTION ~.UTHORIZTNG THE PURCHASE ~'
EASEMENT FOR SANITLRY S~
RE IT RFSOLVID by the Village Council of the Tillage of Richfield as
follows ;
1. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
publ.i.c healthy safety, convenience and general welfare to acquire an ease-
ment fir sanitary sewer interceptor,purposes over and across that portion
of the W2 of the SW4 of the SW4 of ~,he SEA of Sec. 33, ToiAm,~ 28; Range 24, not
heretofore tarn for highway purposes..
2. That. the offer of the caner of said parcel to convey such an ease-
ment to the Village of Richfield for the sum of X130.00 if the Village will
reimburse said owner for special assessments for sanitary sewer purposes
which are due and payable in .1954 on the said parcel, and will hold in
abeyance sanitary sewer assessments on said parcel until connection is ac-
tually made with the sanitary sewer system, is a fair and reasonable offer
and the same is hereby accepted.
3. That the Village Mayor, Manager, Finance Officer and attorney
acre hereby authorized and directed to do such things as may be necessary
to effect such purchase.
!~. That the cost of said easement and expenses incurred in connection
therewith sha11 be charged against the Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1
Construction Fund..
As passed by the Tillage Council this 24th day of lay, 1954.
