214, 19514, a report has been prepared by G. Me Orr Engineering Co., with
reference to the improvement of streets named in said Resolution No. 367,
and this report was received by the Council on Nay 24, 195!4, C-11499.

1. The Council ~ri3.1 consider the improvement of such streets in accord-
ante with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a
portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Nt.S.A., Sec., 1429.07.1 to
!429.3.11 (laws 1953, Ch. 398) at an estimated to tai cost of the improvement
of $567,580.00.
2. A pub3a.c hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the
114th day of Jung,1~4, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at $:00
P~ N. ~ and the Clerk shall give pub7.3.shed notice of such hearing and 3mprove-
went as required by law.
