assess the abutting property for a11~ or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment pursuant to M.,S.A., Section 429.011 (Taws 1953, Ch. 398).

RICHFIELD, ML NN. ,
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the G. M. Orr Engineer-
ing Company for stucjy and that they be instructed to report to the Council.
with a11~ convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the prop osed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of-the improvement as recommended
2. That the construction of sanitary sewer laterals and appurtenances
thereto on streets listed in this resolution, sha11 hereafter be lmown as
Village Project No. 2889
3. Adopted by the Council this 24th day of May, 1954
