of ~iay 195it, a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer, wi th refer-
ence to the improvement by shaping boulevards and installing pu~rlic side-
walks as designated a.n Resoluta~on No.. 365, and this report wa.s. received by
the Council on P~[ay 21~,~ 1954.
