WfiERE~-S, It is proposed to improve the following street:
V. P. #281 66th Street ~ 1st Avenue to Penn Avenue
By grading of boulevard and .installing public sidewalk on tdie north side of
66th Street, and to assess all abutting property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement pursuant to M.. S. A. Section 429.01 ~ 429.11 (laws
1953: crap. 398).
NOW THEREF'OFtE BE TT RESOLVED By the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield, I~li.nnesota:
1. That the promised improvements be referred to the Village Engineer
for study and that he be instructed to report to the council with all con-
venient speed, advising the council i.n a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as uroposed, or in connection with. same otYter improvement, and the esti-
aate3 cast of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the public sidewa3ks listed in this resolution shall hereafter
be known as Village. Project No.. 281.
