RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT .AND CALLING HEARING ON'

~IER.EAS, Pursuant to resolution of the Council. adopted on td~e 10th day
of 1~Iay, 1~4, a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer, with
reference to the amprovement, by street grading, as designated in Resolution
No. 363,.and this report w~,s received by the Council on May 4th, 1954,
NCW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL C~ THE VILI'AGE OF
RICHF'IIEI~, P~INNE.SOTA.:
1, That the Council consider the 3.mprovement of such street in ac-
cordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all
or a pori3.on of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M. S. A., Sec.
429.011 to 429.11-1 (Laws 193, Ch. 398) at an estimated total cost of
the improvement of X2,268.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 14th day of June, 1954, in the Council chambers of the Village Hall
at 8:00 P. M., and the Clerk shal]. give published notice of such hearing
and improvement as required by law.
