all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to N!. S. A. Section
429.01 to 429.].1 (Laws 1953, Ch. 348 ).
NOInT THERF~'ORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Vi~.lage Council of the Vi7.].age of
Richfield, Minnesota:

1. That the proposed improvement be referred'to the Village Engineer for study
and that he be insixucted to report to the Cauncil with all convenient speed,
advising the Council` ixi a prelindnary way as to whether the proposed improve-
ment is feasible gnd as to whether it should best be made as proposed, or in
connection with some other im~ovement, and the estimated cost of the im-
provement as recommended.
2. That the sheet grading listed in this resolution, shall hereafter be
known as Village Pro3ect No.. 233.
