V.P. #266 76th Street Nicollet Ave. to Pillsbury- u n
ANA ~IERERS, A1I. property owners, moose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of this improvement, were given ten chars published notice of
the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice,
and the hearing was held and the proper~r owners heard thereon, on the 24th
dear of lay, 1~4,
NC~T THE~tE@'oRE EE ST RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution No. 332, adopted on the 12th dear of April 1954.
2. That the G. M. Orr Engineering Company is hereby designated as the
Engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for
the making of this improvement.
3. Adopted by the Council this 24th day of Mawr 1954._
