OF CONTRACT N0. 212 AND APPROVING BOND. C-].~.1a.1.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Council. of the Village of Richfield

as follows:
1. That the proposed plat of Zubert-Larson South View Gardens First
~ddi lion is hereby approved subject to and upon completion of performance of
the subdividers contract for such adc~. lion as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed subdividers contract for the development of said
subdivision, bearing Contract No. 212 be given Clerk-s File No. C-11~.]., be
p7~.ced on file; that the same be approved aril that the Mayor and Manager be
authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be authorized to seal the
same for and on behalf of this Villas .
3. That the public contractors s bond for performance of the condi ta.ons
of the said subdividers contract in the amount of Seven Thousand Two Hundred
(~7~200.00~ Dollars on which The General Casualty Company of America, Seattle
Teas king ton, appears as s ure ty ~ is hereby approved.
~,. That responsibilitgr for all public streets alleys and other public
ways shall not be assumed by this Village until final acceptance of the work
on such propert;r by this Council; and until such time fuL1 responsibility for
such streets shall be that of -the developer of said subdivision.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, l~nnesota,
this 17th day of May, 1951.
