RESQLUTION APPROVING PLAT ~' Lots 17 to 21~, Inc.,
BLOCK 13, TINGDALE BROS.. LINCOLN HILLS ADDITION,
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION (~' CONTRACT N0. 194, and
APPROVING BOND. C-7.l~1a.0 (Earl Sharpe)
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Village Counc9.1 of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the proposed plat of Lots 17 to 21~, Inc., Block 13, Tingdale
„Bros. Lincoln Hi11s Addit~.on is hereby approved subject to and upon com-
pletion of performance of the subdividers contract for such addL lion as
hereinafter authorized.
2.. That the .proposed subdividers contract for the development of said
subdivision, bearing contract No. 191., be given Clerks s File No. C-7.1~1r.0,
be placed on file; that the same be approved and that the mayor and manager
be a~.thorized to sign said contract and the clerk be authorized to seal
the saw for and on behalf of this Village.
3. ghat the public contractors s bond for, performance of the conditions
of the said subdividers contract in the amount of six thousand seven hundred '
fifty {x,750.00) Dol]aa,rs on which the United Pacific Insurance Company
appears as surety, is hereby approved.
1~. That responsibi,li ty for all public streets, alleys, and other public
ways shall 'not ~ assumed by this village until final acceptance of the work
on such p¢~v~perty by this Council; and until such time full responsibility for
such streets shall be that of the Developer of said subdivision.
