RESOLUTI ON AFFRONT NG PLl~T OF KESTERTON AD'DI TI ON
AUTHORIZING E3CECUTION (~' CONTRACT N0. 202 and
APPROVING BOND.
BE IT RESOLVED, By the Villas Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows
1. That the proposed plat of Kesterton~ s Addition is hereby approved
subject to and upon completion of performance of .the Subdividers Contract
for such addition as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed gubdividers Contract for the development of said
subdivision, bearing Contract No. 202, be given Clerk-s File No. C-111.39, be
placed on file; that the same be approved and that the Mayor and Manager be
authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be authorized to seal the
same for-and on behalf of his Village.
3. That the public contractor-s bond for performance of the conditions
of the said Subdividers s Contract in the amount of six thousand ($6,000.00)
Dollars on which the Anchor Casualty Company of St. Paul, Minnesota, appears
as surety, is hereby approved.
1~. That responsibility for all public streets, alleys, and other
public wayts sha11 not be assumed by this Village until final acceptance of
the- work on such property by this Council; and until such time full responsi-
bilit~y for such s treets shall be that of the Developer of said subdivision.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, P~i.nnesota,
this 17th day of May, 195.. .
