RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON
IAHPROVEDdENT K~TOIT~T AS VILLAGE PROJECTS NOS; 26II, 269,
271, 272, 2.73, and 275. ~~
WH~R.EA.S, Pursuant to resolution of the Council. ~.dopted on the 12;th day
of April 1954, a report has.been prepared by the G. BII. Orr Engineering Company
(Consulting Engineers), ~i.th reference to the improvement by storm seers, as
designated in Resolution No. 332, and this report ~ra.s received by the Council
on the 17th day of AGay.1954.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILF~A,GE
OF RICHFIELD, PflINNESOTA:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of .such streets in accord-
a]Sde with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a por-
tion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to PQ. S. A., Sec. 429.000 to
429.111 (Lags 1953, Ch. 398), at the estimated cost of the improvement of
X143,553.00.
2, A public hearing shall be held on such improvement on the 7th day
of June 1954, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 P. ~., and
the clerk shall give published notice of shah hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law.
