1954-352re . o ~® B RES oLUTI oN No. 352 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CE1~SU5 BY fiHE FEDfiRAL B a U OF THE CEII~US, ~idHF~ftEAS, it has been deemed necessarg that a special federal oen~ sus be taken in the Village of Richfield irs order to insure that the Village sha11 receive its fair share of state collected taxes, which are apportioned on a population basis, and bJH~EAS, it is deemed further advisable that such a social federal census be taken for other adma.na.strative purposes, and the benefit of the Vil]~.ge as a tole; NQr1 THER~'ORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, that the I~i~r or, Manager and Finance .Officer be au thorized to pay the sum of °1,730.00 '~ the Treasurer of the United States in accordance with the estimate by the Bureau of the Census and that they be authorised F to make such additional payments and make such additional arrangements as may be necessary in order to have such a federal census made. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the expense of such census shall be paid from the Liquor Fund through a transfer to the Clerk-Treasurers s Ap- propriataon of the General Fund. BE IT FURTHER RES OLVED that the sum of `~4,3~.~, which is the estimated cost by the Bureau of the Census for such a social census, will be transferred from said Liquor Fund to the Clerk-TrBasureri s Appropriation.
