WHEREAS PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION No• 332 A REPORT WAS ORDERED FROM THE VILLAGE ENGINEER WITH REFERENCE TO THE IMPROVEMENT BY STORM SEWERS ON VILLAGE PROJECTS N08. 264 AND 266 AND WHEREAS SUCH REPORT WAS PRESENTED TO THE VILLAGE COUNCIL AND PUBLIC HEARING ORDERED THEREON BV RESOLUTION NO• 334 ON THE 3RD DAV OF MAY 1954 AND WHEREAS SAID PUBLIC HEAR~HVG WAS DULY HELD ON THE 3RD DAY OF MAY (954 AND WHEREAS THE COUNCIL THEREUPON ORDERED.SUPPLEMENTARY REPORT FROM G• M• ORR ENGINEERING COMPANYCONSULTING ENGINEERS ON SAID IidIPROVEMENT VILLAGE PROJECT NOS. 264 AND 266 AND WHEREAS SUCH REPORT HAS NOW BEEN RECEIVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL ON THE 10TH DAY OF MAYS 1954.
