1. That such projects are hereby ordered as proposed i.n Council
resolution No. 313 adopted on the 22nd day of March lgyl}.
2. That the Village Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications far the
making of such improvement.
