NOW THERF~ORE, BE TT RESOIVED By the Council of the Village of
Richfield, I~.nneso to-:
1, That such projects are hereby ordered as proposed 3n Council
resolution No. 312 adopted on the 22nd day of March 19511.
2. That the Village Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this a.mprovement.. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the•
making of such improvement.
3. Adopted by the Council •this 3rd day of I~ay, 1954.
