WHEREAS a resolution of the Village Councils adopted the 12th
day of April 1954, fixed a date for a hearing on the. proposed improvement

AND WHEREr"+S, All property owners, whose property is liable to be
assessed for •the making of this improvement, were given ten days published notice
of the council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice,
and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 3rd
day of May 1964.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the Council of the Vi11a~e of Rich-
field, ~ii.nnesota;
1. That such projects are hereby ordered as proposed in-the Council
Resolution No. 311 adopted on the 22nd day of March 1954.
2. That the Village Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvment. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making
of such improvement.
