NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RF50LVED by the Council of the Village of
Richfield, ~iinneso to s
.1. That such projects are hereby ordered as propesed in the Council.
resolution No. 310, adopted on the 22nd day of I`Zarch 1954.
2. That the Village Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer
for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
