WHII~EAS, A resolution of the Village Council, adopted the 12th
day of Apra.l 1954,_ fixed a date for a healing on the proposed improvement
of all sfreets and alleys in the Village of Richfield by penetration
oiling, 2" betuminous stabilized bases and by bituminous seal coat. and

assessed for the making of this improv®ment, Isere given ten days published
notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the re-
quired noti.ce~ and the hearing was held and the property owners heard
thereon an the 3rd day of Nay, 1954,
N~nT THEREF'~tE, BE IT RESOLVED HY' THE COUNCIL ~+' THE VILLAGE OF
RICHE'IELD, I~CtNNESOTA,
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted April 12~ 1954.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer
~:.
for this improvement. He shall. prepare plans and specifications for the
making of such improvement.
3. Adopted by theCouncil this 3rd day of lay, 1954.
