R~OLUTION liPPROVING. THE SUBT.IIVI~NG QF LOTS 9, L0, Il and 12,
Block !~ of Eliasorir.s~ Addition; and Parcel 1650; authorizing
Execution of Contract No. aJ 9, and Approving Bond.
BE IT RESOLVED By the village Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That the proposed subdividing of Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12, Block !~,
of EliasonE s Addi tion, and Parcel l~650, is hereby approved subject to and
upon completition of performance of the subdividers contract `for the sub-
dividing of said lots as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed subdividers contract for the development of said
lots bearing contract No. 209, be given Clerk1 s File Nom ].1a.0 be placed '
on file; that the wane be approved and that the ~Ma~yor and Manager be author
ized to sign said contract and;the clerk be authorized to seal the.same
for and on behalf of this Village.
3. That the public contractors s bond for performance of the condi tions
of the said Subdivider~'s Contract, . in the amount of .thirty two hundred
(~3, 200.00, Dollars on which the St. Paul: Mercury Indemni ty Co. appears
as surety, is hereby approved.
1~, That respons ibili ty for all public s meets, alleys, and other
public ways shall not be assumed by this village until final acceptance
of the work on such properi~r by this Council; and until such time full '
responsibili~Ly~ for such streets shall be that of the developer of said
subdivision.
5. That off-site improvements will be installed in accordance with
plans and specifications approved by the Village Engirnaer and by the
Ve~ranrs admS.n3.stration on or before December lst, 1955.
6. That the Village of Richfield will cause said improvements to be
made in accordance with the terms of said contract without the levying
of any special assessments ~a.gainst the property in said addition for the
making of such improvements.
