BE IT RESOLVID, by the Village Gouncil of the Village of •Richfield~ •
Hennepin County, NS.nnesota, as follows: That the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, will cause the constructLon and installation
of off-site improvements in Petit & Maurer ~.d l~ddition~ Hennepin County,
Minnesota, to be made on or before ~.rch 15th 1956, in accordance with
plans and specifications heretofore approved by the Village Engineer of
the Village of Richfield Hennepin County, .Minnesota, and approved by the
Veterans A1dYranistration of the United States Goverrnnent, `without special
assessments being- levied for such improvements provided for in said plans
and specifications.
Passed by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, Minnesota
this 26 th day of April, 1954.
